I took my vehicle in almost 2 weeks ago to get an oil change. I was told all fluids were good and it says so on the receipt, including transmission fluid. The following day I checked my transmission fluid, due to having problems with my transmission slipping, and there was none at all. I was pretty upset. I called to notify the manager of the mistake and left a message, in which one of the workers asked for details and I gave. I still have not recieved a call back. Honestly I feel that I am being avoided. Will not be returning for service.
