I tried taking a friend to her appoinment today which was 8am. It was icy this morning nd she is in a wheelchair when going outside since she has a broken temperary hip and it broke loose so its a chore to get her in and out of her house. she called them and told them that she was on her way. i got her to the center at 8:16 and they said that seeing that she was 16 minutes late that they couldn't see her and I tried to explain that was bull seeing that they can make you wait 30-40 minutes but if you are more than 10 minutes late they cancell you. Most medical facilities that I have been to they say your to late after 20 minutes. I tried to explain that with it being icy and that she has a broken hip so getting her in and out of her house is a chore in it's self and all they could say I undeerstand sir but we have rules abd there's nothing that we can do about it. Where is the compassion for their patiences. I truly wish that some of these so called proffessionals would have to go through just one day that we have to indure. I will be truthful I told them that I thought their practices where Bullshit and I was going to file a formal complaint but there's nothing on their web page other than this to say anything.
