Downfall, the sure stupidity of the front dental receptionist, who I won't name, is unbelievable. TRAIN THAT GIRL. SHE DOES NOT GIVE PROPER DENTAL QUOTES EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY, AND "I DON'T KNOW" IS NOT AN ANSWER. Her standard line was "thats not the protocal here," I had to go to her manager to rectify her stupidity.
