Valley Vehicle Licensing

Everytime I go here they make it dam near impossible to transfer a title. Last time they wouldn't transfer a car title because it wouldn't pass emissions. I didn't need plates just transfer the title before 2 weeks was up they told me what they thought I should do and it took past the 2 weeks ended up costing me 700 dollars to transfer the title with the max fine! now they won't transfer a trailer title because they can't find the make even though I have the manufacturer and vin number !!! Instead she suggests I drive the trailer with blown tires to a appraisal place to find the information I already have. Again they said the 2 weeks doesn't matter well I'm not falling for that again I will make sure no one I know ever goes here again. I will also be contacting the state to report them
