Our sales lady was very knowledgeable answering all our questions, and a very nice person. the Finance officer was courteous, and worked hard to secure our loan. Bought new rv upon inspection water line was leaking into rv from outside kitchen they tried to fix and then I brought it home and it started leaking again. The gray water valve is also leaking consistently and the heater duct is disconnected in the bathroom. I purchased less than a week ago and the soonest they will fix is in 3 weeks if I drop it off. Very terrible service unprofessional. You spend $32000 one day and they won’t help the next day unbelievable.

Bought a brand new 2018 $90,000.00 m/h from them and the sales staff was great. Took it out on its maiden voyage and found a few minor things that needed to be fixed. 1 of the stereo speakers was not working and a couple of small flooring issues. Called service dept. and was told that it would be 48 days before I could drop it off to be repaired and that they could keep it for up to 3 weeks to finish the repairs. I would have to take a day off work to drop it off in the middle of the week. I have heard nightmare stories about RV service but had no idea that it could be this bad.
