We purchased a Valley Quality home the Summer of 2011. They were priced a little higher than many others, but the construction is better and material is of a higher quality. I did a few modifications and discovered that the cement board is clearly thicker than competition and the stuff you get at the local stores. Our highest electric/gas bill was $103.00 heating and $76.00 cooling. A few hair line cracks in interior paint appeared and after we painted over them have not re-appeared. The insulation is so thick that we barely noticed the planes flying over, we are in Airway Heights, in the landing pattern. The home was delivered on time and when promised. the three person set up crew that works for Valley Q took four days to do the set up, knew what they were doing and exceeded the requirements of the local building inspector. We have had NO problems with doors or cabinets as the house settles. No squeaky floors, which was a problem with our last manufactured home. I would say that the Valley Quality home is put together better than most of the track homes near me.
