Terrible customer service. You get laughed at when you ask a question. The teller would rather type on his computer to someone than process my transaction. 3x he did this instead of entering my information. Never once did the teller say hi to me or make small talk or ask a question, I felt like a wall was making a deposit. Several other people were in and out before me. Should have taken 2 minutes to process, yet I was there over at least 5 times as long. The teller felt put out I asked for more than one receipt. After all that the teller had the nerve to make a snarky remark to me. All I asked for was a second receipt. I will NEVER go back to this branch again and am considering pulling all my business accounts from US Bank. Too many times they have made errors in my deposits costing me more time to clear it up, and to reconcile my banking every month, and the aggravation that comes with the statement "There is nothing more else we can do we are already doing everything we can." This means then that no one is responsible for the errors? No one is accountable either? Terrible way to treat business customers.
