This bank has taken such a turn for the better!! I was reluctant at first to change banks from what I was used to, but their WONDERFUL customer service really made a difference to me. I always recieve a warm greeting upon entering and they help me with my transactions and any issues I have as quickly as possible. I even had one of the personal bankers go through the painstaking process of trying to help me understand how I messed up my bank account and how to avoid it in the future. It was for an unfortuante thing, but when I left I felt a lot better about everything. Definitely recommend the warm staff and atmosphere at this US Bank!!!
