I'm trying this new thing where I hire repair people from reviews on the internet. So far, so good. These guys were no exception. The woman on the phone was friendly and worked with my schedule. Chandler was the person who helped find a suspicious leak in our basement. Very kind and knowledgeable. In the end it was a very, very loose water line from the fridge above on the main floor. I had fixed the fridge around the same time as the leak, but never put the two together. He simply tightened up the water line and waived the service call fee. He also gave some great pointers on installing a garbage disposal; he must have gotten the DIY vibe from me because of the fridge thing (which obviously turned out sooo well...HA) Of course, if it doesn't work out, you better believe I'm calling them!
