The UPS Store

I was returning a computer. An email was sent from UPS with a bar code and stating that the UPS store can scan the code and take the package. The person working there said that he can't take it, I told him that it was an email from UPS, but he insisted that he cannot take it, not even trying. Then he goes on to speak to me in a manner that he is teaching a kid about mailing label. "Do you think we can send this package without knowing where it goes?" this is what he said and he moved on to another customer. I spoke with another person working there and asked her that I have a bar code and it is from UPS, she scanned the code and sure enough the label prints. The first person I was working with saw that it worked, but did not apologize, he did nothing. One of the worst services.

Not sure the name of the woman, but she was dropping the word "retard" like peanuts at a circus. "Sorry, I swear I'm not retarded" "thankfully I'm not actually retarded" "oh its okay he knows I'm retarded he's just trying to be nice!". I will drive out of my way to not go to this place again. Disrespectful.
