I paid to have a time sensitive package delivered, and 2 weeks later it is still not delivered. Apparently the wrong address was typed in by the employee. After 1 week, my daughter complained of not receiving the package. We went on line and learned that the wrong address was entered; we then corrected the address, or so we thought. The online sight didn't save the apartment number. When we tried to correct the error again, it wouldn't allow any more edits. After several phone calls and employees who couldn't edit the address, my daughter has to drive to the UPS location to retrieve the package. Did I mention, the UPS warehouse is only open when my daughter is working!!!!! Two weeks and she still doesn't have the package and I have yet to resolve this issue.
