UPS Customer Center

I received a note saying they couldn't deliver my package.... so called ... I had to go and pick up my package over an hour away.... the next city over...i was told the pick up times were between 4 and 6 pm getting to the pickup point there hours on the door states 4:30 and 6.... so I am just a little bit up set that the person didn't know there hours.....wow.
