Dealing with these idiots is a nightmare. Getting them to deliver my mail after moving was like something out of Kafka. Now they've lost my held mail and just give an 'I don't know' shrug. It's also a total dump inside.

Left notice with ineligible tracing number. Web site wants too much information. Place closed too early for me to go after work. Will not try and redeliver without going on web site?
