Had a great experience with this location. I work for a car dealership in Puyallup and we sent License Plates to a local customer, but they called saying they had not received the package yet. I called the main 800 number (not suggested) and waited on hold for an hour before the call disconnected without warning. I narrowed down the number to this location and got in touch with Joseph B. He was very helpful and thorough. We found the package was mailed to the address I verified with the customer, so I asked for Joseph to send me the details via email so I could show my superiors. He said he had never done that before, but was glad to try. Not long after the call I received the email with all the details I needed. I asked him if there was somewhere I could leave a review for him and he merely said, "Just doing my job Grace, but I appreciate the thought. Have a great evening." He was very pleasant and helpful, and I know that if you need assistance this post office is a great place to start.
