This is the worst place I've ever been to make a rental! When I enter the location and I approached the front desk the employee didn't even greet me or even ask the normal "how can I help you" question ...I had to ask her sarcastictlly ma'am are you ready? if she can't even greet customers she shouldn't be working there or they should give proper training to their employees. Then They didn't wanna rent us what we needed just because my mom didn't have a credit card so I told them that we can use mine, but they refused to help us saying that the credit card didn't match with the driver license!!! What the hell?? so if my mom doesn't have a credit card we can't rent anything from this freaking place? Pathetic!!!! I'm never coming back to this awful U-haul.
