I was extremely happy they carried the odd style siding I needed, however, when I asked when they would get more in they said next week. I call to see if it came in, and they say tomorrow, we will call you when it's in. NO CALL, so I call again. they say oh tomorrow, I'll call you when its in. Two days go by, NO CALL. I call again, they say oh tomorrow, we will call you when its comes in. I'm thinking , sure you will. Two days later, I call again they say oh it came in in and someone bought it all. TOTAL BS. Meanwhile my project sits on hold, halfway done, when I could have traveled a few miles to get the wood. Never again, will I go to these guys, talk about ROTTEN customer service.
