My husband and I decided we needed to get away for a day with our two toddler children. We decided to go with the Tulalip Resort because they had a special package. We thought we can swim with the kids and take turns going to the casino to get some parent relaxing time and then go shopping at the out let mall for back to school clothes. The package included a deluxe room, food credit, casino credit and shopping at outlet mall credit card, plus 2 free drinks all for $296.00. We thought Wow, what a great deal let's go. We get to the hotel and the customer service agent was not very efficient and did not really no exactly how we could use the gift cards and we were disappointed. The agent also did not tell us we needed to use the drink credits at a certain time of day which was a bummer because we missed the time based on the lack of the agents knowledge of the package. We also had to keep coming to the customer service desk multiple times because our key card would not work in the elevators and we were really frustrated because it was not a good look to us and took up time we cold be enjoying ourselves. When we addressed these issues to the front desk it was not given much consideration and they ask us what were we doing to create the key card problem. I did not feel like a valued guest and the customer service was not sincere and welcoming. My overall assessment of the Tulalip Resort was it had a really nice room, beautiful hotel but the care and concern from there employees to their guest was terrible. They need to retrain their employees to understand without guest they will have no job, so treat them with respect.
Amazing rooms, especially on the 11th+ floors. Great pool and an awesome spa as well! A little pricey on some nights but definitely worth it on the nights where it's not so expensive
