When you walk in the door you should take your first impressions to heart! Unfortunately I read an article about Tormino's a while back and thought I'd give the local company my business and help to support someone with a history in Spokane. I have to believe the founder had a much different service perspective than the son because I had a terrible experience. In short I ordered a custom door and it took over three months to finally have it delivered to the store. I was told it would take three weeks. No communication from Torminos regarding the delays. I made the calls to them trying to get some information on the continued delays. Finally received a call that the door had arrived. The door was dented and the screen bent. John said he would NOT allow me to remove the cardboard from the rest of the door to inspect for more damage. I told him he could keep it. That's what happened.
