The customer service was incredibly good. There was a skirt I tried on, but they didn't have it in my size. I asked about it. They were able to locate the last one in Boulder, CO & have it shipped to me. They even waived the sales tax for us since my bf is from Montana (they don't tax clothes there). Overall, a very good experience. My one frustration was that I had seen lots of cute clothes on their website thst I was hoping to try on at the store. However, the in store selection was different than what was online & there were a few more items I would have happily bought had I been able to try them on.
