My wife and I went in to Tile for Less tonight just before closing. She arrived before I did with our two kids. She knew everything we needed: square footage, style, color, just needed someone to show us around and sell product.
She was not greeted when she got there, and though a salesperson did eventually come over, he was called away for a phone call. No one stepped in to help. No questions were answered, no tile selected. I entered at 5:58 pm (they close at 6) and was told by the saleswoman at the desk ‘um sir, we’re closed you cannot come in’. I retorted that my wife was inside and she said ‘I was just telling her she needed to leave’
We will be taking our business elsewhere.
