Thunderbird Village

Have visited twice. The lawns are very well maintained and yards/roads are free and clear of trash. People who live there are extremely friendly.

My parents live here. If you're looking for a quiet place to retire, literally, it is close enough to shopping districts and schools. Winter can make access a little trying though.
