There Ya Go Espresso

I have always gone to them for my breve latte. This morning, as usual, I ordered an 16 ounce. Breve latte. On the pricing board, it says 3.80. My cost including tax was 4.51. A brown hair lady was helping me. I asked her for a price break down and she told me because of tax , it came out to be 4.51. I asked her what the tax was and she said 10%. I told her i am overcharged then. She then told me that breve milk is 0.60$. On the board, there is already an up charge for regular latte and breve latte. I also asked for a receipt as always and she said she cannot give a receipt. This is not the proper to do business. It is not honest. You just lost a regular customer.
