The shredded beef was all quality meat, no surprise chewy bits. Moist but firm grains of rice, paired with smooth flavorful beans. A selection of salsa and toppings. Each salsa has it's own unique flavor allowing you to truly customize your meal to your tastes.
The last straw was when they brought my plate out. They had taken the time to present my simple barito with garnish of a roasted jalapeno and half a roasted onion.
