I took a lash training class here and from the start it was a train wreck. Trying to sign up for the class was like pulling teeth. The class was rescheduled once due to illness (totally happens), so I was rescheduled for the following month. I arrived and the class was already off to an hour late start. The instructor had no materials ready. We finally began the training, which was very unorganized, and took a lunch break, which the instructor was almost an hour late back to. The kits you are supposed to receive the day of class weren't available because of a shipping mixup (again, it happens), so the instructor said she would meet up to get the kits to us by Wednesday (the class was on Sunday). I tried reaching out to her later in the week with no response. I was finally able to get in contact with her the following week and she said she would meet me that Friday. She rescheduled the day she was supposed to meet. She quit replying and it's been almost a month after the class and I still have no kit, which I paid for. The instructor/owner is impossible to get a hold of and extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company for training unless you want to have your money taken with little to show for it.
