Very neat, organized, and clean place. The Librarians are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
I have been unemployed for over a year, so my book-buying days are passed, and I returned to Moore Branch to find and borrow books. It has been at least two decades since my last visit; however, the staff is just as welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful as those who were in place before. The facility looks great; it is bright, clean, well organized, and far more inviting than I remember. There is a separate section for kids, which looks very appealing. One of the benefits for visitors is the addition of online support systems with e-books, audio books, and videos. As a person now living on a fixed income, I am so glad to have access to inexpensive copying and printing because Kinko's and similar places are more than triple (or more) for printing from their computers. The hours are completely standard to all other Tacoma Public Library branches, so I have heard librarians refer people to Pierce County libraries because they have different hours. All in all, Moore Branch is a wonderful location offering professional, friendly staff and is a safe, well-lighted community resource.
Good atmosphere but the grey haired lady seems a bit off but the rest of the librarians are friendly
