I waited over 20 minutes for a bean burrito and a soft shell taco, and never received my order. I finally asked for a refund and 25 minutes after ordering $3.25 worth of food, I walked out the door empty handed.
Taco Bell should realize how marginal their food is and try to offer stellar service. How hard can it be to wrap a few beans in a tortilla? That is undoubtedly my last time in that Taco Bell and I suggest that you can do much better elsewhere.
