1 month ago I was having issues with my phone so I decided to go jump it and after a few issues with Sabrina I wasn't able to do so. I came back in today to try again with angela and was informed I would not be able to jump due to the jump program being cancelled 1 month ago (go figuer) Essy the store manager was absolutely no help either all 3 girls where rude and not wanting to be of any help. Been with Mobile for 6 years and to be treated like this is horrible. Stay away from there!!!

I have really bad experience there. They have a rude customer service. I bought my sim card online, and when they arrived I went there and I asked to help me to put them and the persons there said that they can not help me because I bought online. Really rude and bad aptitude.
