My phone no longer would charge quickly. I would receive a notice telling me to use the charger that came with the phone (which I was). I enter the store and was promptly helped by Danin. He tried plugging my phone in with my charger (he saw the notice and lack of charging) Then changed the transformer, cords, tried all possible combinations to determine if it was my phone or the charger. He determined it was the cord and gave me a complimentary replacement. I appreciated him testing further when the cord seemed to work to be sure all was well. Thank you Danin.
