Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Terry made me feel like I was in the 80's again, you know when the customer came first. I needed a range fork for my transfer case, my local Ford stealership would only sell it to me in a rebuild kit....$650 and it would take 2-3 weeks to get it to me ( I live in Hawaii). Did a google search and found T & B Transmission, they had the part I needed for a very good price. Next hurdle was shipping, I usually have to beg and plead to get companies to ship things to me using USPS instead of the private shipping companies. Not with T & B Transmission, Terry was the one who suggested shipping USPS to save me $$$. He shipped it out that day, and I received it 3 days later. Was able to get my truck up and running again way sooner then I expected. Terry thanks again brother I will use T & B Transmission for all my transmission needs.
