First time I walked into this store there was 5 staff, all on their phones, not even paying attention to me (a customer) when walking in. Once I walked in two of the reps argued with each other over who had to help me. The rep who ended up helping me didn't even get up from the table he was slouching at.
Long story short a rep put my SSN in wrong when activating my account. ATT shut down my account for FRAUD. After sitting on the phone with customer care for hours this was finally resolved.
I decided to give Verizon a try. My bill ended up being cheaper and I got a new phone. Service is also much better in town now.
