Dave actually disconnected my service because I filed a complaint against Symplified with the BBB. I had been paying $125/ month for 12 MPS and we routinely only received 1-5 mps. When I complained and told Dave that we would prefer to be charged at a level commensurate to the level of service we received, he went on a diatribe accusing me of having anger mgmt. issues and nonsensically insisted that I was asking for more than the technology could deliver. No, Dave, I don't like paying for a whole item and only being delivered half (or less than half) of an item! I will say, when the service actually works as advertised (which is rarely) it not a bad way to go if you live rurally.
