Sun Rental Center

Lame. I call needing a pipe puller for a sprinkler job. A guy named Merle answers who appeared to be half asleep. Couldn't give any info cuz his computer was down. I paused expecting him to devise a solution to this and he didn't say anything. I said is anyone able to help me and he replied uuummm the guy yhat does is off today uuummm sorry. So i thanked him for going the extra mile and hung up. Not what im used to with this company. I am not pleased. Hesitate to go to this company if the employees are asleep at the wheel so to speak. I count on rental agencies to be there for me with equipment I need. This didn't happen today. Fyi
