SUBWAY®Restaurants

Won't be returning. I've ordered online from them to pickup in store twice for lunch. The first time they gave me a footlong when I specified a 6" but I didn't notice until I got back to work. Didn't have time to return and fix it. Then yesterday I ordered their sandwich that comes in a wrap. I should have checked the sandwich not just the receipt before I left. Got back to work, opened it, they put my sandwich together with regular bread, and no lettuce or spinach as I specified in my order. I tried calling twice so far to speak to a manager and both times the employee who answered said they were not available and did not offer to take a message. I'm pretty disappointed in this location.
