State Farm: Mark Shapiro

Been with Mark's office since 2004. Three things stand out for me about Mark and his fantastic team. Consistently friendly and responsive customer service. Calls answered immediately, emails replied quickly and great follow-through. I really feel they go the extra-mile. Helping me understand our policies and any holes we might have in our coverage and making us aware of all the discounts available. Lastly, Mark taking the time to review our whole insurance and financial picture. He's a lot more than your average insurance agent. The overall value provided is far superior to anything I'd experienced with previous agents. Have recommended several friends who have all been very happy too.
