Starbucks is, well, Starbucks. Perhaps the most positive spin I can put on my experience(s) are that Starbucks is to coffee what Apple is to computing - superb marketing of products undeniably made better elsewhere, but the carefully crafted experience of Starbucks/Apple makes people want to have it and show their friends. Kudos to Starbucks though, for constantly experimenting with new flavors and being smart enough to bring back what works, like Pumpkin Spice Latte's. Also, kudos for a great points system and a strong mobile app to go with it. I do appreciate how Starbucks embraces technology.
Not sure what their problem is today but 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru or walk-in is WAY too long!
