Starbucks

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. Not a problem as I was in no rush and they were packed but they waited till the end to tell me then couldn't make a drink a certain way. Thank you starbucks for introducing me to local coffee houses other then you. Lost a customer for life.
