Sportsman's Steakhouse & Saloon

I come here often because the Caesar salad is the best I have ever had! Too bad this trip it came out with cheddar cheese on it!? I have never laughed so hard in my life, especially after I couldn't order anything on the menu because they seemed to be out of everything. There was no chicken for the Caesar, so I ordered a side of it with some steak bites. When the steak bites came out I had a little tiny portion of maybe 12 bites of steak, which was supposed to come with 2 sauces. I was informed after the food arrived that they were out of those sauces as well. Only giving this place 2 stars because my boyfriend loved the chicken fried steak, and I don't blame the poor waiter for his lack of training. He seemed lost, and there was no communication with him and the chef, since he made several trips back and forth to tell me what I wanted they were out of. They weren't busy at all, so someone needs to get in charge of stocking the kitchen and someone needs to give some proper basic training. Also, what's up with the plastic tables in the bar? Bummer.
