Bad department puts the safety of it citizens secondary to efficiency. Just do a quick google search on the leader...Sheriff Ozzie. He does not listen to the communities concerns. Rather he attacks and demonizes those who might question the authority the voters have bestowed upon him. Not a good public servant.
