Filler Neck Supply Company

Had some confusion about the filler neck I ordered, ended up being the wrong part. Called to see if they might send a packing slip to ship it back for the return or at least wave the restock fee. The first call I made was a slightly hot one and I was told that "it is what it is" and to "be more careful ordering things online". After the second call I made to see if an exchange could be made for the right part we found out it's not even being made after market. The manager was nice enough to at least wave the restock fee. I'm glad some small compromise was made for the confusion. I may order from this company again in the future.
