I booked the company for another property and the night before the install the property received an offer (it had been on the market for 30 days already.) I called them in the morning and they were kind enough to refund the charges (although in reality they could have charged me something, which probably would have been fair.)
So I choose to use them for the next property I was selling. I called them the week I was putting the property on sale. They were extremely quick on service and had it staged the next day. This was the first staging I had ever used but was interested to see if it made a difference in time on the market. It did, I received a full price offer the first day on the market!
The house had a total remodel so it looked great, but the furniture just brought it all together.
Pros: Quick service, affordable, owners are customer service focused.
Cons: Small issue of customer service with one of their employees, but owner resolved to our satisfaction.
Also I think it would be helpful to better understand what is included and what is not in a staged room. They don't include rugs (well a small one in the living room), but no area rugs if you have hardwood floors. I think you receive one picture per room for the walls. So although not quite a completed room, it is still nice to have neutral furniture in the property so buyers can get an idea of what they can do.
