Same sales pitch always. Need brake fluid flush. Didnt. Had done it personally 10 minutes before doing oil change. Need coolant flush. Ph low. Tech doesnt look at there chart and look and see Chrysler antifreeze ph is different. Ask for up charge SO they vac and clean Windows. Say completed on inv but not even attempted to be done. 20 plus years in automobile service industry tried to be nice and help. Obvious management and crew don't care about customer. Sad they put another black eye on the industry.
