Based on the ratings for this Spectrum location it’s obvious the Manager needs a demotion. Although the technicians in the store are service oriented and kind they know nothing about the equipment or billing process. I know of numerous customers who have old equipment or their internet is sporadic. And if there is a question regarding billing no one in the store has a clue about what to do. The manager is never available and does not return phone calls. Basically, the location is useless regarding customer service. Very frustrating.

Went in to pay my internet payment, it was back up & running by the time I was back home. Fast, good service
