You wouldn't think so since he is kind of quiet at first and isn't a big talker or much in the sense of outgoing manners so he seems standoffish; but he is helpful... truly helpful! Doesn't talk your ear off, but will get down to the point if you prompt him in asking questions and he is knowledgeable and willing to help you solve your car problems! Will certainly continue going here.
