My husband purchased a gift card for many services. Due to scheduling issues they were unable to provide all services the day I came in. While I was in the other room the gift card was claimed and never offered to re-issue for the remaining services or dollar difference. Ive never nick picked before or left anything but rave review about a Salon. The pedicure was great. While I had to get my nails redone immediately. Side note the color I received was great but the cut I’m still in shock over. Requested to cut of all the damage hair which usually means 2-4” not 10” . The cut is cute. But I still miss my hair.
