South Hill Ace Hardware

Never again. I walked in the door, the lady at the front asked if she could help me find something, I said yes and told her what I was looking for. She had NO idea on where it would be. Finally after having to repeat what I wanted several times, she told me to go to isle 34 and she'll send some one to help me. I sat there and waited and no one came to help me. After talking to two other employees who also had no idea where anything in that store was, I left. This is the second time in a row this has happened and I'm done visiting ACE all together. The employees have no clue about ANYTHING in that store.

So they don't have everything, and they don't have Walmart prices,but it is close enough! the folks are more knowledgeable... plus better looking/ smelling. It sure beats shopping at Target !
