My husband and I came in this past Saturday morning to open up a checking account. A woman by the name of Emily abruptly brought us around the window partition. Her body language was so terrible it was as if we were a total bother. It was so apparent, that I politely asked her if she needed to take some time - we were fine with waiting. She stated that she was very busy all morning. During the 5-10 minutes we were there, it never got any better. In fact, it was worse. I knew that it was not just me that felt this way, but my husband could not believe it either. We got up and left. Unfortunately, we were very much looking forward to opening an account with this credit union. All it took was one person with a horrible attitude and terrible customer service. I plan on calling the Manager, Sharil.
