The site manager, Spencer is his name I believe, is not a good manager at all. He's too focused On finding ways to punish residents and their guests instead of making the neighborhood a better place for the residents. He's created a parking policy that is just absurd in my opinion and have heard other say they aren't fans of it either. And now they are putting fake parking ticket stickers on guests cars if they forget to register or go over the amount of time they registered to park. I'm pretty sure management uses money from the community to pay someone to drive around multiple times through the night to hand out "parking violation notices". It's a nice community with nice people, management just needs to change.
