Don't go to these money grubbing quacks if you value your sanity. I have had contacts for most of my natural life. As the laws have changed and now you can order contacts without a prescription, most corporate optical centers, including this one, refuse to tell you any information unless you have had an exam in the last year. My most recent experience with this place is I called because I could not easily locate my copy of the last exam results and power needed for my contacts to re-order, so I figured I would call and get it. I get told that my exam is beyond a year and my "prescription" for contacts I never ordered through them is out of date by a mere 9 days so I have to come in again for an exam. What a crock of sh--! If I wanted an exam I would have called to schedule one! Avoid these con artists at all cost, and wait the little extra time to deal with a local place that has no problem telling you your strength so you can reorder contacts so you're not forced to choose between a $150 exam or going blind!! What horrible customer service you get just because you are choosing to shop differently for getting your contacts which is your right as a consumer and protected by law!
