Walked in two employees didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes so I walked out, they were not busy and each had customer otherwise the place was empty all I ask is please acknowledge my existence but nope not here. So I waited 20 minutes and then called even though I didn't want to but as one of the only places on Vashon open I didn't have another choice. Of course they didn't answer my call and were still chatting away with one customer each even after the haircut was finished. Don't go to this cruddy customer service place they seriously need to learn how to treat customers just because it's Vashon doesn't mean you can get away with providing bad service!
