I had a leaking water valve from my front loading washing machine, resulting in an overflow from the bin into the laundry room down to the basement. I called the office and had someone come and inspect the area. Fortunately it wasn't a large loss resulting in using my homeowners policy, but it was cleaned up and dry in just a few days! Further inspection in the repair phase turned up damage from previous homeowners that was not disclosed. SERVPRO of South Everett helped out once again, cleaning that area up too!
